04 Deposits

Standard withdrawals are processed within minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal, additional verification may be required before the payment is released. 07 Game Rules & Fair Play

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11kk platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any funds held in the account:

  • Creating more than one account on 11kk.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.

  • Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using 11kk for money laundering purposes.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
  • Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting 11kk support to resolve the issue.

  • Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

11kk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
  • Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 after the 12-month period, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

If your account is closed by 11kk due to a breach of these Terms, any funds in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your available balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 11kk support. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, please inform the support team so that we can apply the appropriate responsible gaming measures.


10 Responsible Gaming
